Marathon Training Weeks 7, 8 and 9

It has been 3 weeks since I updated my logs here.  Did the Histroric Half Marathon on Feb 21.  It was a good race and I did a bit better that I thought I would do.  It is a hilly course so I was surprised that I ran it in under 2 hours.  The day was a great tempature and the sun was out.

I've run my last couple of long runs a bit too fast.  Tomorrow I will be running 26K and I will try and start a bit slower.

Wed Feb 24: 12K and 6 Hills
Thu Feb 25: 8K Steady

Total Mileage: 51K

Week 8
Sun Feb 14: 24K LSD
Mon Feb 15: Rest
Tue Feb 16: 6K Tempo
Wed Feb 17: 11K and 5 Hills
Thu Feb 18: Rest
Fri Feb 19: Rest
Sat Feb 20: Rest
Total Mileage: 41K

Week 7
Sun Feb 7: 19K LSD
Mon Feb 8: Rest
Tue Feb 9: 5K Tempo
Wed Feb 10: 10K and 4 Hills
Thu Feb 11: 8K Steady
Fri Feb 12: Rest
Sat Feb 13: 6.5K Steady
Total Mileage: 48.5K
